RI3K has a team of 30+ technical staff designing, building and supporting the electronic trading infrastructure for the London and worldwide insurance markets. We are an ex-dot com company with a 'small company' attitude to software development. 2007 has been an extremely important year for RI3K. 2008 will be even more important with major customer adoption, product enhancement and market focus to deliver. To cope with this demand we are looking to recruit talented, dedicated and proactive Java developers who enjoy fast-paced development in a small team where every completed task has a visible effect on the company's offering. We are also looking to recruit experienced Business Analysts and client facing Support staff to bolster an experienced and award winning team.

RI3K understands that good products are built on good technology. Our applications use a variety of technologies including JDK 5 Annotations & Generics, Spring IOC, Spring & AspectJ AOP, Webwork MVC, Hibernate, Cruise Control, Maven build, Linux servers, Eclipse IDE. We are constantly monitoring new products and methodologies and encourage all our staff members to promote ideas and suggestions.

We develop using Extreme Programming where every developer is invited to invent, design, architect and deliver strategy ideas for our products. We employ developers who want to contribute. In return, we remove most of the trappings of larger IT projects and organisations and ensure everyone is well rewarded for their effort and determination. We are always looking for better technologies and insist on promoting our developers' ideas and recommendations.
